Lower circular cutting wheel for SEP1 and Maestro 2 depaneling machines - Iteco 8930513

The Tractor SEP1 separates differently from the larger Tractor 2: the assembled panel is pushed along the lower guide between two circular blades. This spare part is the lower of those two blades, the fixed side on which the board rests and is guided.

Operating features

• For the two blade design - SEP1 and Maestro 2 work with an upper and a lower circular blade, and this part completes the cutting set together with the upper blade 8930501.
• Separation length up to 380 mm - the working range of the Tractor SEP1 is fully retained with the new blade.
• Special steel - according to the catalogue the blades and guides of the series are made of special steel and run for a long time with little maintenance.
• Guiding and cutting in one part - the lower blade carries the board, so wear on this edge shows up immediately as skewed break edges.
• Change both blades together - if only one side is replaced, edges with different wear work against each other and the break becomes untidy.

Applications

Blade change on the manual or motorized Tractor SEP1, repair after skewed or frayed break edges, and spare part stock for repair and small batch benches where the SEP1 is typically installed.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The blade fits the manual Tractor (Iteco 7915.580) as well as the motorized 230 V and 110 V versions (Iteco 7915.582, 7915.583, 7915.584 and 7915.585) and the Maestro 2. According to the price list it is not released for the Tractor 2 and Tractor 2M. Supplied as one cutting wheel without bearing and without tools. Made in Italy.
