Tractor motorized depaneling machine 110 V for pre-scored PCBs up to 380 mm - Iteco 7915584

For production sites running on a 110 V mains supply this version provides the same motorized Tractor as the 230 V model, only with an adapted drive. The driven blades pull the panel through over the full 380 mm separation length and the cutting wheels are made of special steel.

• Separation length up to 380 mm with driven circular blades
• Board thickness 0.8 to 3.2 mm, component height 34 to 43 mm

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Spare parts for the series: upper cutting wheel with bearing Iteco 8930.501, titanium version 8930.509, lower cutting wheel for sep1 Iteco 8930.513. Delivery comprises the ready to use machine with the cutting wheels fitted.

Origin

Designed and built by Iteco Trading in Italy. Blades and guides are made of special steel and are therefore designed for a long service life with little maintenance.
