Linear cutting wheel for Tractor 2 and 2M depaneling machines - Iteco 1030005

On the Tractor 2 the cut is produced between an upper circular blade and a fixed lower linear blade. This spare part is that linear blade: the panel is placed on it with its scored groove, and the circular blade is drawn across by hand or by motor, separating the panel over the full length of up to 450 mm.

Operating features

• Full separation length of 450 mm - the blade covers the entire working range of the Tractor 2 and the motorized Tractor 2M, including large panels.
• Special steel - according to the catalogue the blades and guides of the Tractor series are made of special steel and are designed for a long service life with little maintenance.
• Adjustable blade clearance - the distance between upper circular blade and lower linear blade is set on the machine, so a new blade can be aligned precisely.
• Working range 0.8 to 3.2 mm - matching the panel thickness the series handles.
• Planned replacement instead of rework - a blunt blade tears the scored edge and puts mechanical stress on components near the border, while a fresh blade restores a clean break.

Applications

Scheduled replacement of the lower blade in the depaneling machine, recovery of cut quality after torn scored edges, and spare part stock for shops that run the Tractor 2 in multiple shifts.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The blade belongs to the manual Tractor 2 (Iteco 7915.560) and to the motorized 230 V Tractor 2M (Iteco 7915.564). It is not intended for the smaller Tractor with two circular blades, where the lower circular blade 8930513 is used instead. Supplied as one cutting wheel without tools and without a mounting kit. Made in Italy.
