Lower titanium coated circular blade for SEP1 and Maestro 2 depaneling machines - Iteco 8933661

In depaneling two circular blades run against each other and cut through the web between the individual boards. Once the lower blade is worn, the separation edge frays and the assembly is put under mechanical stress. The lower circular blade 8933.661 restores the cutting pair on the SEP1 and Maestro 2 machines.

Working features

• Titanium coating - slows down wear on the cutting edge and keeps separation quality consistent over more panels.
• Lower position - the blade works against the upper blade, the pairing defines cutting gap and edge quality.
• For FR4 and comparable base materials - aluminium carriers call for a different blade version.
• Wear part with plannable replacement - the change is part of machine maintenance and restores the original cut.

Applications

Scheduled maintenance of depaneling machines, correcting frayed separation edges and delamination at the cut, and spare part stock for lines that separate panels every day.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied as one lower circular blade. For the larger Maestro 3 and 4M machines Iteco lists the lower linear blade 8933.394 with a cutting length up to 450 mm. Check the machine designation on the type plate before ordering, because blade diameters are not interchangeable between the ranges.
