Lead cutting and bending machine Superform/V-LC 3.8 mm pitch 0.5-0.8 mm lead - Iteco 7915201C

As soon as the component body no longer fits a 2.54 mm hole pattern, the next pitch step takes over. The Superform/V-LC 7915.201C forms the leads of taped axial components to a fixed pitch of 3.8 mm and accepts component dimensions up to 5 mm.

Operating features

• Fixed 3.8 mm pitch - the intermediate step between the 2.54 mm standard version and the 5.08 mm variant.
• Component dimension up to 5 mm - the wider spacing takes bodies that foul in a 2.54 mm pattern.
• Lead diameter 0.5 to 0.8 mm - same lead range as the standard version, only with the wider pitch.
• Bending dimension A from 2.5 to 6 mm - adjustable to the height of the individual component body.
• Purely hand operated - no motor drive, no air connection and a small footprint on the workbench.

Applications

Assemblies with upright axial parts whose bodies are too large for a 2.54 mm pattern, such as bigger resistors or diodes up to 5 mm across, produced in small batches.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The machine processes taped axial components. The BR6 tape reel holder (Iteco 7915.185) can be fitted and is not part of the delivery. The LC range is deliberately simple and cannot be motorised. For motor driven work or for feeding loose components, the larger Superform/V is the next step, which Iteco lists in the same configuration under part number 7915.101C. Supplied as one machine without further accessories. Made in Italy.
