Cutting and bending machine with lead curl Superform/AP reinforced bending wheels Z 3.1 mm - Iteco 7915102B

The Superform/AP 7915.102B is fitted with reinforced bending wheels and handles leads up to 1.4 mm, which is 0.1 mm more than the standard model 7915.102A. Forming dimension Z is 3.1 mm and the pitch starts at 10.2 mm.

• Reinforced bending wheels for leads from 1 to 1.4 mm, suited to power resistors and rectifier diodes with heavy leads.
• Forming dimension Z 3.1 mm, the same curl shape as on the standard model 7915.102A.
• Pitch P from 10.2 to 60 mm, dimension C from 2.4 to 10 mm, so the bend sits further from the body than on the standard model.
• Longer tool life because the bending wheels are dimensioned for the larger lead cross section.
• Production rate up to 20,000 pcs per hour, hand crank as standard, motor unit optional.

Processing of heavy axial parts in power electronics, power supply and ballast production, assemblies carrying high current, and every case where standard bending wheels reach their limit at 1.4 mm lead diameter.

Accessories and scope of supply

The machine is supplied as a hand-operated unit. Accessories from the Iteco range: BR6 tape reel holder (7915.185), CS10 feeder for loose axial components (7915.180), motor unit 230 V (7915.030) or 115 V (7915.031) for Superform/A-AP-S-V-R and foot switch 600.023. Two cutting-only wheels are available as an option. Fitted in place of the cutting and forming wheels they produce a plain U shape without curls.
