Pneumatic dispenser 0.01 ml, repeatability 5 % - Reeco RE-1900

Pressing a syringe by hand rarely gives the same dot twice. The RE-1900 works with compressed air and a solenoid valve, dispensing time is programmed, so every dot comes out alike regardless of how full the syringe still is.

Dispensing time is set in four ranges, from 0.01 to 1 s for the smallest dots up to 0.3 to 20 s for long beads. The smallest shot is 0.01 ml and repeatability is ±5 percent. Input pressure may sit between 35 and 100 psi, output pressure is adjustable from 1 to 100 psi.

An anti-drip function draws the medium back after the pulse so nothing runs on after the dot. Operation is by foot pedal, keeping both hands on the work. The adapter with a control button also allows triggering directly at the syringe.
