Tracing Rod 50 m for Non-Conductive Ducts up to 100 mm with 8 mm Sonde - Leica Trace Rod 50

A plastic duct, drain or sewer cannot be picked up directly, because there is no conductive path for the locating signal. The Leica Trace Rod 50 solves that by acting as a flexible signal carrier pushed into the line. Across its full working length of 50 m it carries the output of the DD Signal Transmitter, so route, depth or a blockage can be followed from the surface with the locator.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The manufacturer specifies the Trace Rod 50 for use together with the DD Signal Transmitter and a DD locator. For Sonde mode the locator has to support the sonde frequency. The tracing rod is supplied on its own, no further accessories are listed by the manufacturer.
