ESD solder fume extractor for 2 benches, HEPA, 210 W - Reeco RE-FCE-001

Solder fume carries flux residue and fine dust, and it forms right in the operator breathing zone. Extraction at the bench captures it where it appears instead of spreading it through the room.

The RE-FCE-001 has two extraction arms, each 1400 mm long and 60 mm in diameter. That covers two workstations which may sit up to two and a half metres apart. The unit stands under or beside the bench and is mobile.

Filtration runs in three stages. The pre-filter takes coarse particles, the cartridge medium filter handles fine pre-filtration and the HEPA main filter holds back microparticles and vapours. A filter monitor reports falling performance and a due filter change.

Power is set in ten levels from the control panel or the supplied wireless remote, so nobody has to reach under the bench for every change. Steel housing and motors are built for continuous duty, and the filter cartridges are consumables changed without tools.
