The main filter is the last of the three filtration stages in the RE-FCE-001. Whatever the pre-filter and the medium filter let through is separated here: microparticles in the order of 0.3 µm and the vapours and odours that flux produces during soldering.
Class H11 describes the separation grade of the filter layer, and the activated carbon additionally binds gaseous fractions. The filter monitor of the unit reports when performance drops and the filter is due.
