Hot air rework station 800 W with vacuum tweezer, 100 to 450 °C - Reeco RE-RA250E

When larger components come off, it is the temperature curve that decides, not the peak value. The RA-250E runs stored profiles, so preheating, dwell and removal follow the same sequence no matter who is at the bench.

800 W of heating power serve temperatures from 100 to 450 °C, airflow runs from 2 to 20 l/min and temperature stability is ±2 °C. Besides profile operation there is manual mode and a timer for recurring steps.

The vacuum tweezer at 0.2 bar with three cup sizes lifts the component without mechanical load. A thermocouple is included for measuring temperature on the assembly itself. The nozzle adapter takes the square RE-BN BGA nozzles.
