Pneumatic connection technology
Festo Fittings form the basis for pipe-and-tube compressed air installation. The range divides into barbed fittings (ACK, CK, C) for tube ends with external ridges, threaded fittings (blanking plugs B, double nipples ESK, elbows G, distributors FR) for all common pipe and thread connections, tool-free push-in fittings (QS, NPQH, QSK, QSR, QS-V0, CRQS), and click fittings for particularly fast assembly and disassembly.

Typical applications: All pneumatic machine installations with tubing and pipework, control valve port connections, corrosion-resistant installations in food and pharmaceutical environments (CRQS stainless steel), assembly lines with frequent tube disconnection (QS push-in fittings), maintenance and service work (blanking plugs for port sealing), and robot applications with weld-spatter resistant design (QS-V0).
