Frequently asked questions

Which pencil works on wet timber?
The 24 cm ANILINE copying pencil is designed for marking on wet wood. For smooth and wet surfaces in general, use the FOR ALL universal marker with graphite lead.
What is the difference between carpenter and stonemason pencils?
Both are oval and come in 24 and 30 cm lengths. The carpenter pencil has a 2H graphite lead, the stonemason pencil a graphite lead in the special hardness 10H.
How do I sharpen oval carpenter pencils?
The Pica holster has an integrated sharpener for carpenter and thick wooden pencils and stores the pencil at the same time.
Are refillable marking tools available?
Yes. The construction marker with graphite lead is refillable and protected against dust and water, and the DRY Longlife Automatic Pen is supplied with refill lead cases.
How are the pencils packed?
Carpenter and stonemason pencils come in a box of 10 or a display box of 100 pieces; markers are also offered as counter displays for issuing in the workshop or stores.
