Hand held crimper sealer 400 x 12 mm for aluminium and barrier bags, 420 W - Iteco 7914177

Wide barrier bags for assemblies, wire harnesses or dry packing need a seal across the full bag width. With 400 mm sealing length the Iteco 7914177 is the largest hand tool of the range and works with 420 W of heating power.

Features

• 400 mm sealing length in one stroke, 100 mm more than the 7914176 and no overlap on wide bags.
• 420 W heating power for the longer jaw, temperature adjustable from 50 to 200 °C.
• Double heating jaws for laminates up to 2 x 0.15 mm including laminated aluminium bags.
• Seal width of 12 mm with embossed texture, keeping the sealing area even over the whole length.
• Weight 3.5 kg, laid out for use at a fixed packing station.

Applications

Closing wide barrier and aluminium bags in shipping and production, for example dry packing of assemblies or spare part kits. Useful wherever a stationary bar sealer does not fit the workflow.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied ready to use with mains cable. For shorter seals the Iteco 7914176 with 300 mm and the Iteco 7914175 with 150 mm are available. Made in Italy.
