Automatic Double Bar Impulse Heat Sealer 450 mm 2500 W - Iteco 7914248

For packing stations that close several hundred bags a day, the Iteco 7914248 works with a double sealing bar and 2500 W of heating power. At 450 mm seal length and 10 mm seal width it produces a load-bearing seal that also closes gusseted film up to 0.5 mm, and bags for boards and trays in A3 format run through in automatic mode without operator input.

Features

• The double sealing bar heats the seal from both sides and closes thick-walled or gusseted bags up to 0.5 mm total thickness.
• Sealing time, cooling time and recycle time each have their own timer, so parameters can be set for every film quality.
• In automatic mode the machine repeats the cycle on its own, in manual mode it is triggered by the foot switch included in delivery.
• The 10 mm seal width gives a seam that holds when heavy bags are handled and shipped.
• Seals PE, cellophane, PP, Tyvek and barrier films, which also covers moisture barrier bags for moisture sensitive devices.
• At 24 kg the machine stands firmly on the bench without being anchored.

Applications

Series packaging in electronics production, closing moisture barrier bags together with desiccant and humidity indicator, kitting of spare part sets and dispatch preparation in the warehouse.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The foot switch for manual operation is included. For sealing with the bag in vertical position and for integration into conveyors or filling stations, the Iteco 7914248V version on a floor stand is available. Desiccant bags and moisture barrier film are available as consumables.
