Hand held crimper sealer 150 x 15 mm for cellophane and wax paper, 50 W - Iteco 7914175

Aluminium, barrier and wax paper bags need a wide embossed seal so the barrier layer stays tight. The Iteco 7914175 produces a 15 mm wide seal over a length of 150 mm, the widest seal in the whole crimper sealer range, and weighs only 1 kg.

Features

• Double heating jaws warm the film from both sides, so laminated aluminium composites up to 2 x 0.15 mm are sealed through reliably.
• Seal width of 15 mm with embossed texture, enlarging the sealing area and relieving the seal mechanically.
• Temperature adjustable from 50 to 200 °C, matching cellophane, wax paper, aluminium and moisture barrier bags.
• 50 W heating power and 1 kg net weight make it the lightest of the three models, suited to one hand use at the packing bench.
• Illuminated ON/OFF switch indicates heating operation.

Applications

Closing small aluminium and barrier bags in goods receipt, in the laboratory and in prototype production. The wide 15 mm seal is preferred wherever barrier tightness matters and a stationary machine is not justified.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied ready to use with mains cable. For longer seals the matching models Iteco 7914176 with 300 mm and Iteco 7914177 with 400 mm sealing length are available. Made in Italy.
