Impulse Hand Heat Sealer 200 mm with Timer, 2 mm Seal Width - Iteco 7914201

At the packing bench filled polyethylene bags have to be closed quickly and without any warm up wait. This hand sealer works on the impulse principle, it is ready as soon as it is switched on and produces a 2 mm wide seam over 200 mm.

Features

• Impulse heating without warm up time, the unit is available right after switching on.
• Sealing time set on the timer to suit the type and thickness of the material.
• Seal length of 200 mm for bags at the workstation and for small batches.
• Polyethylene up to 2 x 0.125 mm is sealed through, the seam is 2 mm wide.
• Net weight of 4 kg keeps the unit in place when the arm is pressed down and still allows it to be moved.
• Version without cutting blade, for plain closing of filled bags.

Applications

Closing filled polyethylene bags in goods receipt and dispatch, bagging small parts, screws and accessories, closing collective bags in production.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The sealer is supplied as a bench unit. A worktable for 200 mm sealers and a holder for tubing rolls are available as accessories. If the excess film has to be trimmed as well, choose the version with a cutting blade.
