Hand held crimper sealer 300 x 12 mm for aluminium and barrier bags, 320 W - Iteco 7914176

A4 sized bags can only be closed in several strokes with a 150 mm tool, and every overlap is a possible leak. The Iteco 7914176 seals 300 mm in one stroke and provides 320 W of heating power to do so.

Features

• 300 mm sealing length in a single stroke, giving a continuous seal without overlaps on medium sized bags.
• 320 W heating power keeps the jaws at temperature in fast cycles, adjustable from 50 to 200 °C.
• Double heating jaws seal laminates up to 2 x 0.15 mm, including laminated aluminium bags.
• Seal width of 12 mm with embossed texture for a mechanically loadable sealing area.
• Weight 2.5 kg, so the unit is guided with both hands or rested on the edge of the packing bench.

Applications

Closing medium sized barrier and aluminium bags in shipping, spare part stores and small series production. Suited to dry packing where the barrier layer has to stay tight across the full bag width.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied ready to use with mains cable. Smaller bags are covered by Iteco 7914175 with 150 mm, for 400 mm the Iteco 7914177 is available. Made in Italy.
