Vertical Automatic Heat Sealer on Floor Stand 300 mm 2000 W - Iteco 7914247V

When a bag is filled first and closed while standing upright, the machine has to come to the filling point rather than the other way round. The Iteco 7914247V therefore sits on a floor stand and seals the bag in vertical position over 300 mm with 2000 W of heating power, so conveyors, dosing and filling systems can work directly in front of it.

Features

• The floor stand puts the sealing bar at filling height, the bag is fed upright and the contents do not slip into the seam during sealing.
• The operator selects one side or both sides heating, double sided heating is intended for heavy bags and for wet or dusty bags.
• Seal width 10 mm over a seal length of 300 mm, gusseted film up to 0.5 mm total thickness.
• Separate timers for sealing, cooling and recycle time, in automatic mode the cycle keeps running on its own.
• A foot switch for manual operation is included, both hands stay on the bag.
• At 29 kg and with a low centre of gravity the machine stays stable even at a fast cycle rate.

Applications

Closing filled bags at dosing and filling stations, linking to belt conveyors in kitting lines, packing bulk goods and small parts and sealing heavy bags with dusty or damp contents.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Machine, floor stand and foot switch are supplied. If the unit is only needed on the bench, the table version Iteco 7914247 with the same seal length and heating power is the matching alternative.
