Automatic Constant Heat Sealer 600 mm with Holding Magnet - Iteco 7914166

The largest machine in this range is aimed at wide bags and at batch work. With a seal length of 600 mm a barrier bag with a 450 mm opening rests on the bar with room to spare, and several small bags can be closed side by side in one stroke.

• Seal length of 600 mm takes the largest barrier bags in the 450 x 450 and 450 x 660 mm formats without repositioning.
• Several narrow bags per stroke cut the cycle time noticeably in batch packaging.
• Heating power of 600 W supplies the long bar across the full 15 mm seam width.
• Constant temperature from 30 to 199 °C seals poly-cello, aluminium and barrier film up to 2 x 0.25 mm.
• Holding magnet with automatic release after the set sealing time, in automatic or manual mode.
• Net weight of 22 kg keeps the 600 mm bar steady during operation.

Applications

Dry pack of assemblies and instruments in large barrier bags, packaging of complete batches in goods receipt and dispatch, batch sealing of several narrow bags per cycle.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Suitable for every Iteco barrier bag format up to a 450 mm opening. The sealer is supplied as a bench unit without consumables.
