MOT98 motor drive unit 230 V for Superform/A-AP-S-V-R cutting and bending machines - Iteco 7915030

Cutting and bending taped components in volume soon hits the limit of the Superform hand wheel. The MOT98 motor drive unit takes over the machine drive at infinitely variable speed, which is how the Superform/A reaches the catalogue rate of 40,000 components per hour.

• Prepared for the Iteco 600023 foot switch, which keeps both hands on the component tape.

Typical applications

Series assembly of printed circuit boards with leaded axial and radial components, upgrading an existing manual Superform to motor operation, running larger batches without continuous cranking.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The drive fits Superform/A, AP, S, V, R and RCP and according to the Iteco catalogue is supplied only with the machine assembled. For the Superform/AF and VP models the 230 V motor unit Iteco 7915032 is used instead. Tape reel holder BR6 (Iteco 7915185) and loose component feeder CS10 (Iteco 7915180) remain usable in motor operation. Made in Italy.
