Superform/A cutting and bending machine for taped axial components, standard version - Iteco 7915100A

Taped resistors and diodes have to be brought to the hole pitch of the board before hand assembly. The Superform/A cuts them out of the tape and bends the leads in one pass. This standard version covers lead diameters from 0.4 to 1.3 mm and works at up to 40,000 pieces per hour.

Preparing resistors, diodes and chokes from tape for hand assembly, for repair and rework, for small batches and prototype building. As this version reaches the largest pitch of the series, it suits workshops with frequently changing board layouts.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Iteco offers the BR6 tape reel holder (7915.185), the CS10 feeder for loose axial components (7915.180) and the motor unit in 230 V (7915.030) and 115 V (7915.031) with its foot switch (600.023) as accessories. The motor unit is supplied mounted on the machine only and provides stepless speed adjustment with automatic torque control. The machine itself is delivered as a hand operated unit with crank, accessories are not included. Made in Italy.
