Cutting and bending machine with lead curl Superform/AP Z 3.1 mm for wire 1-1.3 mm - Iteco 7915102A

The Superform/AP 7915.102A cuts and bends taped axial components and additionally forms a curl on each lead, which holds the component in the board until it is soldered. This version works with forming dimension Z 3.1 mm and handles leads from 1 to 1.3 mm.

• Two optional cutting-only wheels produce a plain U shape instead of the curl.

Applications

Component preparation for wave soldering, assembly work in which axial parts must stay seated in the board before soldering, and small to medium batches with changing pitch settings.

Accessories and scope of supply

The machine is supplied as a hand-operated unit. Accessories from the Iteco range: BR6 tape reel holder (7915.185), CS10 feeder for loose axial components (7915.180), motor unit 230 V (7915.030) or 115 V (7915.031) for Superform/A-AP-S-V-R and foot switch 600.023. Two cutting-only wheels are available as an option. Fitted in place of the cutting and forming wheels they produce a plain U shape without curls.
