Titanium upper cutting wheel with bearing for SEP1, SEP2 and Maestro 2 - Iteco 8930509

The upper circular blade travels along the scored line at every cut and therefore wears faster than the fixed counter blade. This version is titanium coated and aimed at shops that keep the depaneling machine busy. Compared with the steel version 8930501 only the surface changes, not the geometry.

Operating features

• Titanium coated edge - the hard layer slows down wear on the running edge and stretches the replacement interval.
• Bearing included - like the steel version the cutting wheel comes with its bearing and can be fitted directly.
• Matches the titanium machines - Iteco also supplies Tractor and Tractor 2 with titanium blades from the factory (7915.561, 7915.581, 7915.583 and 7915.585), and this spare keeps that state.
• Three machines covered - SEP1, SEP2 and Maestro 2 use the same upper circular blade.
• About 7 percent surcharge - the small extra cost over the steel version makes the titanium variant attractive even at moderate throughput.

Applications

Depaneling in shift work, thick glass fibre reinforced panels, motorized machines with a high number of cuts, and keeping the titanium equipment delivered ex works.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The circular blade replaces the steel version 8930501 one to one in the Tractor (Iteco 7915.580 to 7915.585), the Tractor 2 (Iteco 7915.560), the Tractor 2M (Iteco 7915.564) and the Maestro 2. Supplied as one cutting wheel with bearing. Made in Italy.
