Titanium linear cutting wheel for Tractor 2 and 2M - Iteco 1030005TI

A Tractor 2M running all day needs the lower linear blade far more often than a shop cutting small batches. This version of the linear blade is titanium coated: the layer is harder than the bare special steel of the basic version 1030005 and keeps the cutting edge sharp for longer, while geometry and mounting are identical.

Operating features

• Titanium coating for longer life - the hard surface delays the blunting of the cutting edge and stretches the replacement interval.
• Matches the titanium machines - Iteco also supplies the Tractor 2 with titanium blades from the factory (7915.561, 7915.562 and 7915.565), and this spare keeps that configuration.
• Same separation length of 450 mm - working range and mounting dimensions are those of the steel blade, so no machine conversion is needed.
• Worthwhile with abrasive material - glass fibre reinforced panels in the upper thickness range around 3.2 mm attack the cutting edge the most.
• About 17 percent surcharge - the extra cost over the steel version is recovered through longer use and fewer machine stops.

Motorized continuous work on the Tractor 2M, panels made of thick FR4, production with a high number of cuts per shift, and keeping the titanium equipment delivered ex works.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The blade replaces the steel blade 1030005 one to one in the Tractor 2 (Iteco 7915.560) and the Tractor 2M (Iteco 7915.564) and also fits the variants supplied with titanium blades from the factory. It is not intended for the smaller Tractor with two circular blades. Supplied as one cutting wheel. Made in Italy.
