Upper circular cutting wheel with bearing for SEP1, SEP2 and Maestro 2 - Iteco 8930501

The upper circular blade is the moving part of the cut: it runs along the scored line and works against the lower blade. Because it turns in its bearing, its condition decides the quality of the broken edge. This spare part covers three machines, the Tractor SEP1, the Tractor 2 SEP2 and the Maestro 2.

Operating features

• Bearing already fitted - the cutting wheel is supplied with its bearing, so no separate bearing has to be sourced or pressed over.
• Three machines, one item - SEP1, SEP2 and Maestro 2 use the same upper circular blade, which simplifies spare part stock in a mixed machine park.
• Special steel - according to the catalogue the blades and guides of the series are made of special steel and designed for a long service life.
• For 0.8 to 3.2 mm material - the full working range of the depaneling machines is retained with the new blade.
• Adjustable clearance to the counter blade - after the change the gap is set on the machine so that the scored line breaks cleanly instead of tearing.

Applications

Routine blade change on the depaneling machine, repair after a poor break pattern or rough running of the circular blade, and spare part stock for shops running SEP1 and SEP2 side by side.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The circular blade fits the manual Tractor (Iteco 7915.580), the motorized 230 V and 110 V versions (Iteco 7915.582 and 7915.584), the Tractor 2 (Iteco 7915.560), the Tractor 2M (Iteco 7915.564) and the Maestro 2. Supplied as one cutting wheel with bearing, without tools. Made in Italy.
