Lower linear titanium coated blade for Maestro 3 and 4M, 450 mm cutting length - Iteco 8933394

During depaneling the rotating upper blade runs against a fixed lower blade, and this pairing decides both cut quality and service life. The linear lower blade 8933.394 belongs in the Maestro 3 and 4M machines, where it allows cuts up to 450 millimetres in a single pass.

Working features

• Cutting length up to 450 mm - long panels are separated in one pass without repositioning the board.
• Titanium coating on tool steel - the coating slows down wear on the cutting edge and keeps the cut consistent over more panels.
• For all substrates except aluminium - FR4 and comparable base materials are cut cleanly, aluminium carriers require a different blade.
• Wear part in a defined position - as the lower blade it is fixed in the machine bed, so replacing it restores the original cutting geometry.

Applications

Scheduled blade changes in depaneling, restoring the cut after frayed edges or delamination at the separation line, and spare part stock for lines that separate panels up to 450 mm long.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied as one lower blade. The blade is tied to the machine type and cannot be swapped between machines with a different cutting length. For the smaller SEP1 and Maestro 2 separators Iteco lists the lower circular blade 8933.661. Check the machine designation on the type plate before ordering.
