Supercut/TOCF automatic cutting and forming machine for tubed transistors 110 V - Iteco 7915176

Anyone loading power transistors from tube magazines no longer cuts and forms the leads by hand. The Supercut/TOCF does both fully automatically: the full tube goes into the upper guide, a pneumatic system clamps each device and moves it into the working position, the wire holder secures the leads and the sliding die shapes them. This version runs on a 110 V mains supply.

Operating features

• Fully automatic sequence - clamping, positioning, cutting and forming run without operator intervention.
• Up to 3000 parts per hour - an output that hand tools and single fixtures cannot reach.
• Three package families - TO220, TO218 and TO126 run on the same machine, the die defines the shape.
• Interchangeable tooling - straight cut, 90 degree bending, stand-off, surface mounting or center lead offset depending on the die assembly fitted.
• Repeatability instead of rework - every device leaves the machine with the same lead geometry and fits the intended hole pattern.

Applications

Series production of power assemblies with TO220, TO218 and TO126 packages: switch mode power supplies, drive electronics, chargers and output stages. Worthwhile wherever batch sizes reach thousands of parts and the lead geometry has to be reproducible.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The machine is supplied without forming dies. Every lead shape needs its own die from the Iteco range, for example straight cut 131000, 90 degree bending 131300, surface mounting 131400 or stand-off 132400. According to dealer information one clamping piece and one tube holder are included, further packages require the matching parts. Made in Italy.
