Component holder kit for Supercut/RS4, single piece left or right - Iteco 160200

Loose radial components tilt easily while being inserted by hand, before the die makes its cut. This component holder kit is mounted on the Iteco Supercut/RS4 and holds the leads in the guide while the foot switch triggers the stroke. The kit is supplied as a single piece and can be fitted on the left or the right side of the machine.

Applications

Useful with long or thin leads, in small batches with frequent component changes and wherever the preforming dimensions are tightly toleranced and a tilted part immediately creates scrap.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Fits the Iteco Supercut/RS4 (machine number 7915.166). Delivery comprises one holder kit as a single piece for one side. For the Supercut/TS1 (7915.171) the matching kit is listed under number 180200. The fine height adjustment of the preforming carries number 160300.
