Lead cutting and bending machine Superform/V-LC 5.08 mm pitch 0.8-1.3 mm lead - Iteco 7915209B

On power components a heavy lead and a larger body usually come together. The Superform/V-LC 7915.209B works leads of 0.8 to 1.3 mm at a fixed pitch of 5.08 mm and accepts component dimensions up to 8 mm.

Operating features

• 5.08 mm pitch with heavy leads - the 0.2 inch step in the version for 0.8 to 1.3 mm leads.
• Component dimension up to 8 mm - for packages that no longer work out on the 3.8 mm pitch of the 7915.209A.
• Bending dimension A from 5 to 9 mm - enough travel for tall bodies in upright mounting.
• Taped feed - the parts run through the machine on tape and the BR6 reel holder can be fitted.
• No motor and no compressed air - hand operation, as on the whole LC range.

Applications

Low volume production with upright power resistors, rectifier diodes and chokes up to 8 mm body on a hole pattern in the 0.2 inch grid.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The machine processes taped axial components. The BR6 tape reel holder (Iteco 7915.185) can be fitted and is not part of the delivery. The LC range is deliberately simple and cannot be motorised. For motor driven work or for feeding loose components, the larger Superform/V is the next step, which Iteco lists in the same configuration under part number 7915.091B. Supplied as one machine without further accessories. Made in Italy.
