Supercut/RP cutting and forming machine with tape feeder P=12.7 mm 230 V - Iteco 7915154

Taped radial components have to be cut to length and curled before insertion so that they sit at a defined distance from the board and stay in place during soldering. The Supercut/RP performs both steps in one stroke and reaches up to 7,000 pieces per hour with its motorized tape feeder. This version is built for a 12.7 mm tape pitch and runs on 230 V.

Applications

The machine is used in series preparation when capacitors, LEDs or transistors from tape have to be preformed in high volume. Depending on the die block the result is stand-off with lock-in, a straight cut, a 90 degree bend, a surface mounting form or TO92 shapes with an offset centre lead.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The machine is supplied with the tape feeder but without a die block. The matching block is ordered separately, for example Iteco 7915158A for stand-off with lock-in, Iteco 7915158D for the straight cut or Iteco 7915158F for the 90 degree bend. For a 15 mm tape pitch the Supercut/RP is available as Iteco 7915155, the 110 V version of this machine as Iteco 7915154A.
