ISO 9000 traceable calibration certificate for DryLogger - Iteco CK-005

In an audit a reading is worth only as much as its evidence. Certificate CK-005 is the ISO 9000 traceable calibration certificate for the Iteco DryLogger and proves that the humidity and temperature readings of the instrument were checked against traceable standards.

What the certificate is needed for

• Evidence in the quality system: control of monitoring equipment under ISO 9001 requires documented traceable calibration for measuring instruments.
• Defensible MSD documentation: anyone deriving floor life to IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 from DryLogger data needs a calibrated instrument as the basis.
• Humidity and temperature: the certificate covers both values measured by the DryLogger.
• Repeatable order: suitable for the initial calibration with a new device as well as for the periodic record.

Applications

Ordered together with a new DryLogger when the calibration management requires a factory certificate, or as the record for a periodic recalibration. Supplier audits in electronics manufacturing regularly ask for such certificates for the instruments used to prove storage conditions.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The certificate belongs to the DryLogger datalogger Iteco 9265.302. For the Tekmatrix 32 wall units under Iteco 8105.113U and 8105.113E the certificate Iteco CK-013 is used instead.
