Additional steel shelf 510 x 606 x 18 mm for Ghibli-PRO 350 and 700 litre - Iteco 8106840

A Ghibli-PRO 350 or 700 litre cabinet rarely runs out of volume, it runs out of shelf area. The additional shelf 8106.840 adds a further level of 510 x 606 mm which, according to the Iteco catalogue 2026, may be loaded with up to 100 kg.

What the shelf adds

• One complete storage level: 510 x 606 mm of usable area for component reels, JEDEC magazines or aluminium trays.
• Full load rating: 100 kg per shelf, the same figure as the shelves supplied with the cabinet.
• ESD compliant: steel sheet with dissipative paint, matching the cabinet interior resistance of 10^3 to 10^9 ohm.
• Slim build: 18 mm material thickness, so very little clear height is lost.
• Fitted without tools: the shelf simply rests on the support rails already present in the cabinet body.

Applications

The shelf is usually retrofitted when a cabinet moves from reel storage to mixed storage with trays and magazines, or when a second assembly line has to be supplied from the same cabinet. For storage according to IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 what counts is the dry atmosphere of the cabinet, and the shelf simply creates more room inside it.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied as one shelf without trays and without a rack. The 10-place tray rack Iteco 8106.866 together with aluminium trays 495 x 570 x 12 mm (Iteco 8106.583) can be placed on top of it. For the 1400 litre cabinets the wider shelf Iteco 8106.841 is used instead.
