Additional steel shelf 1094 x 606 x 18 mm for Ghibli-PRO 1400 litre - Iteco 8106841

The two-door Ghibli-PRO with 1400 litre of usable volume is loaded across its full width. The additional shelf 8106.841 is therefore 1094 mm wide and spans the interior in one piece instead of splitting it into halves. According to the Iteco catalogue 2026 the load rating is 100 kg.

What the shelf adds

• Continuous level: 1094 x 606 mm of usable area, long magazines and wide trays rest without a joint in the middle.
• Full load rating: 100 kg per shelf despite the large span.
• ESD compliant: steel sheet with dissipative paint, matching the cabinet interior resistance of 10^3 to 10^9 ohm.
• Slim build: 18 mm material thickness, so the clear height between levels is largely preserved.
• Fitted without tools: it rests on the support rails already present in the cabinet body.

Applications

The large Ghibli-PRO usually works as a central MSD buffer for several placement lines. Once the number of opened dry packs grows, an extra level is cheaper than a second cabinet. Storage conditions to IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 stay unchanged, there is simply more room inside the same dry volume.

Compatibility and scope of supply

Supplied as one shelf without trays and without a rack. The 10-place tray rack Iteco 8106.866 and aluminium trays 495 x 570 x 12 mm (Iteco 8106.583) can be placed on it, at this width even side by side. For the 350 and 700 litre cabinets the narrower shelf Iteco 8106.840 is used.
