Tekmatrix 32 humidity and temperature indicator with alarm, datalogger and USB - Iteco 8105113U

Not every storage room has a network socket, and in many plants a measuring device is not supposed to join the company network at all. The Tekmatrix 32 in version 8105.113U therefore hands over its records on a USB pendrive that is unplugged at the device and read in at the evaluation PC.

What the instrument does

• Data handover by USB pendrive: no network connection, no IP address, no approval from the IT department needed.
• Readable from a distance: LED display 190 x 190 mm, humidity and temperature shown simultaneously or alternating with date and time.
• Alarm with relay output: upper and lower limits for RH and temperature can be set, and the relay output can trigger an emergency circuit.
• Internal datalogger: 21600 samples in memory, evaluated with the supplied TekManager software for Windows.
• Sensor can be remote: the probe stays on the display or is placed at the actual measuring point.
• Accurate enough for MSD records: humidity resolved to 0.1 percent RH at an accuracy of 2 percent RH.

Applications

Monitoring of individual storage rooms, dry zones or test benches without network infrastructure, and as a second device at a measuring point that is evaluated only occasionally. For components with a running floor life under IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 the record shows how long 5 or 10 percent RH were exceeded.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The delivery comprises the instrument with probe and the Windows software TekManager. If the evaluation is to run over the network instead, the Ethernet version Iteco 8105.113E is the right choice. For mobile measurements inside a cabinet the DryLogger Iteco 9265.302 is used, and the ISO 9000 traceable calibration certificate for Tekmatrix carries the number Iteco CK-013.
