ISO 9000 traceable calibration certificate for Tekmatrix - Iteco CK-013

A Tekmatrix 32 monitors a complete EPA or storage room around the clock. If a release decision is derived from its records, the reading has to be demonstrably correct. Certificate CK-013 is the ISO 9000 traceable calibration certificate for the Tekmatrix instruments.

What the certificate is needed for

• Evidence in the quality system: control of monitoring equipment under ISO 9001 requires documented traceable calibration of the fixed instrument.
• Basis for limit values: the alarm thresholds of the Tekmatrix are only defensible if the underlying reading is calibrated.
• Humidity and temperature: the certificate covers both measuring channels of the instrument.
• Initial and repeat calibration: can be ordered with a new device and for the scheduled repeat.

Applications

Initial equipment of a new Tekmatrix 32 when the calibration management asks for a factory certificate, and recurring calibration at the defined interval. In electronics manufacturing this mainly concerns instruments whose records are used to assess storage conditions and floor life to IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The certificate belongs to the Tekmatrix 32 wall units under Iteco 8105.113U and 8105.113E. For the portable DryLogger Iteco 9265.302 the certificate Iteco CK-005 is used instead.
