Tekmatrix 32 humidity and temperature indicator with alarm, datalogger and Ethernet - Iteco 8105113E

In an EPA the relative humidity should be readable across the shop floor, not only at the instrument itself. The Tekmatrix 32 shows humidity and temperature on an LED area of 190 x 190 mm and reports limit violations before anyone goes looking for them. This version 8105.113E transfers the recorded data over Ethernet.

What the instrument does

• Ethernet instead of a data carrier: measurement series are collected over the network, nobody has to walk to the device.
• Readable from a distance: LED display 190 x 190 mm, humidity and temperature shown simultaneously or alternating with date and time.
• Alarm with relay output: upper and lower limits for RH and temperature can be set, and when they are exceeded the relay output can trigger an emergency circuit.
• Internal datalogger: 21600 samples in memory, evaluated with the supplied TekManager software for Windows.
• Sensor can be remote: the probe stays on the display or is placed elsewhere, for instance inside a cabinet or directly above the line.
• Accurate enough for MSD records: humidity resolved to 0.1 percent RH at an accuracy of 2 percent RH.

Applications

Continuous monitoring of EPA areas, dry storage rooms and test floors where humidity is part of the process release. For assessing the floor life of moisture sensitive devices under IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033, the recording provides the evidence of how long 5 or 10 percent RH were exceeded.

Compatibility and scope of supply

The delivery comprises the instrument with probe and the Windows software TekManager. The identical version with USB pendrive instead of network carries the number Iteco 8105.113U. For measurements at changing points and inside dry cabinets the portable DryLogger Iteco 9265.302 is used. The ISO 9000 traceable calibration certificate for Tekmatrix is ordered under Iteco CK-013.
