Limit switches, push-button valves
Valves
Pneumatic limit switches and push-button valves generate a compressed air signal upon mechanical actuation by cam, roller lever or roller, triggering sequence controls without electrical power. The range covers limit switches E, ER, ERO, ERT (3/2-way NC/NO, M 5 to G 1/4"), lever valves HF and HR (spring return or detent, G 1/4" and G 1/2", 5/3-way), push-button valves T, foot valves FOMR/FT650D/FSE and roller valves R/RL. Airtec Precision and Standard (B) versions are available for different performance requirements.
| Actuation | Product | Switching function | Port |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cam | E 25 311 / E 25 310 B | 3/2-way NC/NO | M 5 |
| Roller lever | ER 25 311 / R 314 | 3/2-way NC/NO | M 5, G 1/4" |
| Idle return roller | RL 314 | 3/2-way NC/NO | G 1/4" |
| Lever (spring return) | Airtec HF 14/12 530/533 | 5/3-way | G 1/4", G 1/2" |
| Lever (detent) | Airtec HR 14/12 530/533 / XMV 2220/2520 | 5/2-way, 5/3-way | G 1/4", G 1/2" |
| Foot (detent) | FOMR 5314 / YPC FT650D | 5/3-way | G 1/4", G 1/2" |
Typical applications: Position sensing of slides, grippers and cylinder pistons in pneumatic sequence controls, manual control panels with lever and push-button valves, foot pedal controls on presses and welding systems, safety interlocks via limit switch valves, and potentially explosive atmospheres where purely pneumatic actuation replaces electrical sensors.
