Valve manifolds combine multiple pneumatic directional control valves on a shared base plate, replacing individual tube connections with a centralised control block. The E.MC S1V series is available with 4 to 16 stations (5/2-way) and an IO-Link interface, with a choice of M 5 or M 7 ports and top or side base-plate connections. IO-Link provides configurable diagnostics and a cyclic process image without a separate fieldbus module. Pressure separation modules S1V-DT allow independent pressure supply to individual valve groups within a single terminal.
