Ventile
Pneumatic logic valves link compressed air signals according to Boolean AND and OR principles without electrical auxiliaries, implementing elementary control logic directly in the pneumatic circuit. The Airtec and Standard (B) series range covers AND valves AN (M 5, G 1/8"), OR valves OR (3 mm PK to G 1/4"), signal interrupters SU, time delay valves VZ with delay times from 0.25 s to 300 s, and quick exhaust valves SV with replaceable FKM membranes. Pneumatic counters (PIZ 6-digit addition counter, PEZ 5-digit preset counter) complete the logic programme.

Typical applications: Pneumatic sequence controls without PLC in potentially explosive atmospheres, cascade circuits for sequential cylinder movements, safety interlocks via AND-linking of multiple pressure signals, time-delayed hold and release functions (VZ), and pneumatic piece counting in production (PIZ/PEZ).
