ISO-Ventile 5599-1

Ventile

ISO valves to ISO 5599-1 are standardised electropneumatic directional control valves in sizes 1 and 3 with defined mounting interfaces that allow direct interchangeability between different manufacturers. The Airtec MI series covers 5/2-way impulse valves, 5/2-way spring return and 5/3-way versions (mid-position closed or exhausted) at voltages from 12-48 V DC, 24-115 V AC and 230 V AC. Individual connection plates MI 031, linking plates MI 035/1, end plates MI 0x/E and blanking plates MI 0x-V for empty stations form the complete mounting system.

Size 1 (MI 01xxx) - 5/2-way impulse (MI 01520HN), 5/2-way spring return (MI 01511HN), 5/3-way exhausted (MI 01533HN), 5/3-way closed (MI 01530HN)
Size 3 (MI 03xxx) - 5/3-way exhausted (MI 03533HN), further switching functions; higher nominal flow
Voltage options - 12 V DC, 24 V DC, 48 V DC, 24 V AC, 115 V AC, 230 V AC; all MI series multi-voltage capable
📦 Mounting plate system - single connection plate MI 031 (side), linking plate MI 035/1 (ports bottom), end plates MI 01/03-E, blanking plate MI-V
ISO 5599-1 interchangeability - standardised mounting face allows replacement with third-party valves without modifying pipe installation

Typical applications: Machine controls with standardised ISO 5599-1 valve mounting face, modernisation of existing systems (valve replacement without pipe modification), pneumatic control blocks in special-purpose and series machine automation, and test benches and handling units where 5/3-way mid-position functions (closed or exhausted) are required for safety on pressure loss.
