Rodless cylinders
Cylinder
Rodless cylinders (LZ/LZK series) are linear actuators in which force is transferred from the piston to an external carriage via a magnetic or mechanical coupling, with no piston rod protruding from the cylinder body. The installed length of the cylinder is therefore approximately equal to the available stroke, giving significant space savings compared with conventional through-rod cylinders. Bore diameters from 18 to 63 mm and strokes up to 2,000 mm are available in the standard programme.
The accessory range covers all mounting and attachment options: end stops (fixed and adjustable), foot brackets, centre mounts, pendulum bridges in narrow and wide versions, cross beams for two-axis systems, and mounting nuts (T-slot blocks) for the cylinder profile T-slots.

Typical applications: Workpiece transport on linear axes in transfer lines, positioning of tool carriers and grippers, lift systems in gantry axes, pick-and-place equipment, and infeed and sorting stations requiring long strokes within a compact machine footprint.
