Stops LZF/LZFF/LZKF
Rodless cylinders
Stops of the LZF, LZFF, and LZKF series mechanically limit the travel of rodless guide cylinders at the end positions. For each bore diameter, a fixed stop (AS) and an adjustable stop (ASV) are available. The adjustable type allows fine-setting of the end position without dismounting the cylinder. The programme covers guide cylinder sizes of 18, 25, 32, 40, 50, and 63 mm.

Fixed stop (AS) - defined end position, no readjustment needed, low cost
Adjustable stop (ASV) - fine-tuning of the end position in the installed state

Typical applications: End-position limiting on rodless cylinders in transfer systems, positioning of tool carriers at defined rest points, and as a mechanical safeguard where the pneumatic circuit alone does not provide sufficient end-position precision.
