Rodless cylinders
Standard rodless guide cylinders of the LZ series transfer piston force to an external carriage via a magnetic or mechanical coupling system, with no piston rod extending from the cylinder body. Bore diameters from 18 to 63 mm are available with strokes from 100 to 2,000 mm. The extruded aluminium profile contains a T-slot for precise positioning of sensors and accessories. Repair kits (REP) for all bore sizes and stroke lengths are available separately.

Typical applications: Workpiece transport on transfer lines, gantry axes and pick-and-place systems, positioning of grippers and tool carriers, infeed and sorting stations, and protective covers requiring long travel within a short installed length.
