Rodless cylinders
Centre fixings for rodless cylinders (LZ MB series) support long cylinders along the middle section of the cylinder axis. Supplied in pairs, they clamp onto the cylinder profile without obstructing the T-slot guide. The range covers cylinder sizes from 18 to 63 mm and prevents deflection of the cylinder profile under its own weight at long strokes.

Centre fixings are recommended for long strokes to limit deflection of the cylinder profile caused by self-weight and dynamic loads. The number of centre fixings required depends on the stroke length and whether the cylinder is installed horizontally or vertically. The bracket size must match the bore diameter of the LZ cylinder.
Typical applications: Intermediate support for long rodless cylinders from approximately 500-700 mm stroke upwards, particularly in horizontal installation with self-weight loading, and on dynamically loaded transfer axes in automation equipment.
