Rodless cylinders
Cross beams (LZ KT series) join two rodless cylinders at right angles to create a two-axis handling system. They allow independent X-Y movement without a separately fabricated connecting plate. Cross beams are available for cylinder pairs in sizes 25/25, 32/32, and 40/40 mm; both cylinders in the combination must have the same bore diameter.

The cross beam is mounted on the carriage of the first (X-axis) cylinder and in turn carries the second (Y-axis) cylinder. Size selection is determined by the bore diameter of the LZ cylinders used. Both cylinders must share the same bore. Stroke and mounting options for each axis are independently configurable.
Typical applications: Two-axis pick-and-place systems, X-Y handling units in assembly machines, combined transfer and stop stations, and placement automation where two independent travel directions are achieved from a compact pneumatic module.
