Description
Conductive table top for ESD workstations, 1000 x 700 mm, 38 mm thick. Core, top and underside dissipate electrostatic charge and protect electrostatic sensitive devices on the work surface.
Benefits
- Volume-conductive particle board core: the board conducts through its entire cross-section, not just at the surface.
- Conductive melamine resin direct coating on top and underside with the same decor, so both sides can serve as the work surface.
- Stain-resistant to substances of groups 1 and 2 according to EN 438, for example acetone, alcohol and white spirit.
- 3 mm ABS edging all round, antistatic, rounded to radius R3.
- 38 mm thickness for a particularly rigid work surface, even in large formats.
Applications
Work tables and workbenches in electronics production, test, repair and assembly stations in the EPA, and storage surfaces for electrostatic sensitive devices.
Notes
The ESD protection requires the board to be earthed, for example via the earthing connection of the work table. Custom sizes, cut-outs and a 19 mm thickness are available on request.
