Containers and folding boxes holding ESD sensitive goods cannot be carried over longer distances without charging up both the operator and the load. This dolly runs on conductive solid rubber castors with a typical bleeder resistance of 10³ - 10⁴ ohms, so charge drains to the floor while it moves, and its 610 x 410 mm deck takes common container sizes.

Application

The dolly moves ESD containers, folding boxes and card racks between goods receipt, assembly, test and dispatch while the load stays inside the EPA. The 610 x 410 mm deck takes stacked containers and the brakes secure the stack at the workstation. On a grounded ESD floor the conductive tyres complete the path from load to earth, so transport does not create new charge.
