The 74 02 140 SB high leverage diagonal cutter is the self-service version of the 74 02 140 and, at 140 mm, the smallest tool in the series. The strong transmission ratio and the induction hardened precision edges at approximately 64 HRC still cut hard wire despite the compact size.
