Silicone test lead, touch-safe, red, 4 m

During a measurement the meter and the test point have to be connected without anyone touching exposed plug pins. This test lead uses red silicone cable and carries shrouded banana plugs at both ends. At 4 m it bridges longer distances between the meter and the test point across the room. The silicone stays flexible, so the lead is easy to route and to coil up again afterwards.

Applications

An accessory for instruments with banana sockets, for example for resistance and grounding measurements in the ESD protected area. At 4 m the meter can stay in one place while readings are taken at more distant points, for example on floor areas, shelving or equipment at the far end of the work area. The lead is also available in other lengths and a second colour.
